    Unless otherwise indicated, megapro.impertek.it is the property of Impertek S.r.l. By using the services connected to the megapro.impertek.it site, the user must comply with the conditions and terms of use set out below.

    The user may not post, upload or in any way publish in the spaces enabled for this purpose contents that are defamatory, slanderous, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or illegal in any way.
    Impertek S.r.l. is not responsible for the material used and/or the conduct of users when using the site. Furthermore, any responsability is assumed for the transmission on the user's computer of any viruses and other harmful contents originating from third parties.
    The service and all downloadable materials are provided, without any kind of warranty, express or implied, including without limitation, the guarantees of ownership, merchantability and adequacy for specific purposes. The user therefore acknowledges that these materials are used under his or her own complete and exclusive responsibility.

    The registration form of this site requires users to provide us with information for contact purposes (such as their name and e-mail address) and necessary for using the services.

    The site services are free unless otherwise specified in detail.

    The user can at any time request to be removed from the list of registered users.

    The legitimate owner of the source code of the application accessible via the web, of the libraries for calculating supports, areas, distances, heights and, in general, trigonometric calculation is Logikamente S.r.l. s., 31/E, Via Francesco Luigi Ferrari, Ferrara (FE), with VAT number no. 01942790385.
    Unless expressly authorised by Impertek S.r.l. or by third parties holding the corresponding rights, or unless legally authorised, the User may not reproduce, transform, amend, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, make available to anyone or allow access through any form of communication to the public to any of the elements mentioned in the previous point.
